Listen to our podcast & meet the new co-director!

Four months ago, we quietly launched something special. “From the Great Central Fire” is a new podcast hosted by Camp Kooch-i-ching alumnus Jeff Coleman, featuring conversations that explore what makes our two summer camps, Ogichi Daa Kwe and Kooch-i-ching, so meaningful and enduring.
The podcast brings that same spirit to life through thoughtful interviews with alumni, staff, and community members. Each episode dives into the values, experiences, and relationships that shape our camp community, and examines how those moments continue to influence lives long after the summer ends.
Whether you are a longtime alum, a current camp family, or simply curious about what makes Kooch-i-ching unique, “From the Great Central Fire” offers a window into the heart of our community.
